| Revolutionary new bandstand system to ensure you and your workers operate a safe system of work when building walls up to 4.5 metres high. |
| The old bandstand or trestle method of working will become obsolete as legislation under the Working at Heights directives impose severe restrictions on how to access any area above ground level. |
| This system is designed by bricklayers for bricklayers to ensure they can safely build any wall up to 4.5 metres with the materials loaded on the Safestand. |
| The 3.9 metre run unit is available exclusively from TP Hire located throughout our nationwide network of builders merchants. |

The Safestand 7 Point Plan |
| 1. | Place the first four Safestand lower sections approx. 900mm apart ensuring they run parallel to each other. |
| 2. | Place the Safestand upper into the Safestand lower ensuring the fixed upright is on the outside of the working area. |
| 3. | Place the anti-flip board on the two outside Safestands. |
| 4. | Place five 13' scaffold boards flat running across all four Safestands and the anti-flip boards. Fit the toe board into place in the brackets provided on the Safestand upper's upright post. |
| 5. | Place the handrails in the slots found on the upright posts, including the returns. |
| 6. | Drop the ladder bracket support into the upright post that you require, and then securely fix the ladder to the ladder bracket support and where necessary foot the ladder. |
| 7. | Fit the brick guards as necessary, and cut away the entry point of the toe board. |

Safestand History |
| Liam Clear, owner of Pyramid Builders Ltd. developed the Safestand system after having great difficulty in finding a suitable safe way to build walls and have the materials at the same level. As an experienced bricklayer, Liam set about making his own platforms, listening to his bricklaying gangs and making sure all requirements were covered. The refined product took over 2 years to develop and now it is a patent approved "builders trestle" suitable for use in the UK meeting all current safety requirements plus the forthcoming "working at height" regulations. The system is available nationwide via TP Hire, a national hire company attached to Travis Perkins - one of the UK's leading builders merchants. |
